Configure and customise Drupal modules, especially, Views, CCK, Panels
Create pixel-perfect CSS designs from PSD files provided
Work with either SASS CSS (http://sass-lang.com/), OR, with one of the CSS Frameworks such as 960 GS, Blueprint, Yahoo! UI Library
Test and deliver cross-browser compatible CSS; preferably [...]
